22. Delivery and Pickup Services
At Karachi Palace, we do our best to get your hot Chicken Boti Chatni Rolls, Plain Fries, and Kheer to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and can change based on traffic on King Fahd Road or how busy our kitchen is. If you choose to pick up your order from our Al Olaya branch, please arrive at the scheduled time so your food is fresh and hot.
33. Cancellations and Refunds
Because we start preparing your Chicken Tikka Regular, Haleem, and Naan immediately to keep them fresh, orders cannot be canceled or changed once Karachi Palace accepts them. If there is a mistake with your order or an item is missing, please let us know right away so we can make it right for you, either by replacing the item or giving you a refund.

You can book a table at Karachi Palace through our website. We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your booking time.
